The underlying practice represents lenders, investors, and syndicators in real estate financings, including transactions involving low-income housing, historic rehabilitation, new markets, energy, and other state and federal tax credit programs.
$260,000 - $320,000, with final compensation dependent on experience, qualifications, and performance. Bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package are also available.
